Chapter Twenty One

1. The TV news reports that the Warka Vase and the Warka Head, dating from around three thousand B.C., were looted from Iraq’s National Museum.  These items actually were looted from the National Museum in the aftermath of the U.S. invasion, among many other cultural treasures.
